Carolyn “Dazi” Russell Wallace graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2013. She began practicing at the firm in 2013 and became a partner in 2022. Carolyn has broad experience in both the transactional and litigation realms. Her current practice focuses on representing hospitals and medical professionals in civil lawsuits, administrative proceedings, and contractual matters. Carolyn particularly enjoys legal research and writing, and she routinely assists clients with appellate matters.
Carolyn was born and raised in Iowa City. She attended Duke University for her undergraduate studies and thought she would never return to Iowa. During her time away, she grew to miss the culture and values of her hometown. Carolyn is grateful to live, work, and play in Iowa City. She is actively involved in the community, having served on multiple local boards. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband and son, read fiction, and visit museums.
